05 Days Desert Tour

DAY 01 OUARZAZATE
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02 OUARZAZATE / DRAA VALLEY / TINFOU DUNES / ZAGORA
After breakfast, you will driven you to Zagora passing through the Draa valley. Then stop in Tamegroute, where manuscripts and illuminated Korans dating from the 12th century can be admired in the famous library. Lunch in Zagora and continuation to the Tinfou sand dunes and back to Zagora. Dinner and overnight at the hotel

DAY 03 ZAGORA / RISSANI / ERFOUD / MERZOUGA DUNES
After breakfast, departure to Erfoud via Tansikht and Nkob where beautiful pre-Saharian landscapes dotted with Berber villages can be seen. Lunch at Tazzarine a small Berber village. Then continuation to Erfoud via the villages of Alnif and Rissani, birthplace of the present Alaouite dynasty. Then a Land Rover will drive you the Merzouga dunes where you will have a Moroccan dinner and will sleep in a bivouac under a nomad's tent. Try to be there on time to admire the sunset over the dunes.

DAY 04:MERZOUGA / DADES VALLEY / OUARZAZATE
Early wake-up to see the sunrise over the dunes, and after breakfast under the tents, transfer to Erfoud by Land Rover and continuation to Ouarzazate passing by the Dades valley with its numerous old Kasbahs and Ksours (pisé villages) and oases. On the way, visit the Todra and the Dades gorges. Stop in El Kelaa M'Gnouna famous for its roses and in Skoura. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Ouarzazate.

DAY 05 OUARZAZATE / AIRPORT
After breakfast, transfer to Ouarzazate airport. Assistance to the boarding formalities and farewell from our staff.

This circuit can also be started from Marrakesh and can be done either with a car or preferably with a Land Rover to enjoy driving on tracks.
